Dr. Roberts is amazing! The entire office staff is amazing. I had my LASIK on Wednesday and was 20/15 by Friday at my follow up. Dr. Bessel is always on time and punctual. The girls at the front desk, Heather, Kiera, and Patrice are so friendly. What a great experience.

Overall awesome experience! Pros: the staff is incredible. Heather up front took such good care of me & spent time thoroughly explaining everything & answering all my questions. Kiera put me at ease before the procedure, and Dr. Roberts helped me stay calm & positive during the procedure. The next day I was seeing 20/20 with minimal discomfort, & on day 3 I had my post-op appointment & now see better than 20/20! Cons: nothing…

Excellent experience! Dr. Bessell and Dr. Roberts were my optometrist and surgeon respectively. Office was super clean and new; staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Everything ran smooth and on-time! The surgery was a breeze, and had literally zero pain by that evening/the next morning! Can’t believe I put this off for so many years, it was so easy and seamless! I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s interested.

Reviews reflect individual experiences. As with all medical procedures, individual results will vary, and anyone considering LASIK should speak with a doctor.  A review of scientific articles published between 2008 and 2015 published in the Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery found that 99.5% (59,503/59,833) of LASIK treated eyes addressed in the literature achieved post-operative acuity better than 20/40
