What people are saying in Richmond

Absolutely a phenomenal experience... Being able to wake up and see... The entire staff was so sweet, positive, and easily answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease. The follow up appt I had both children with me and Christine held my boy and the other lovely staff member (I didn't catch their name) gave my daughter cool sunglasses!

I had a great experience with LasikPLUS. I had some anxiety. Heather answered all my questions at my consult visit and was very patient. Dr.Roberts was very kind and talked me through the entire procedure. The procedure was painless and done in like 10 minutes. Wish I had done this procedure years ago. Everyone was friendly! Definitely recommend this facility.

Heather at the front desk was very nice and transparent. Dr Robert’s did a great job. Got 20/15 vision now. I came in on Monday for Consultation and had my appointment on Wednesday. Dr Bessell was friendly and straight forward. All around great experience would recommend doing LASIK over contacts and glasses.

I got my surgery done yesterday, and once I woke up today I could already see with such better clarity than before. I’ve just finished my followup appointment: I went from half inch thick glasses lenses to “better than 20:20” according to the surgeon today! The staff are fantastic, especially the women at the front desk; I felt welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. The prices are excellent as well given the level…

It was so easy to schedule my consultation, as they had plenty of availability, & they made sure I had all of the info I needed ahead of time. When scheduling my consult, they even got me tentatively scheduled for a surgery date later that same week! I felt very comfortable & prepared before going in for the…
