In exchange for 75% Off Your LASIK procedure, we ask for a set of video and social media deliverables to help share your LASIK journey. This includes four short videos (pre-treatment, treatment day, post-treatment, and athlete b-roll) and two social media posts across Instagram and TikTok, all submitted within 14–30 days after your procedure.

Treatment Day Experience (30 Sec Minimum)

Post-Treatment Review (30 Sec Minimum)
- How the experience went
- How you felt before/during/after
- What you liked about the procedure

📱 Social Media Deliverables

Content: 2 different Posts (Outlined Below) to share your LASIK experience to your followers.
Due: Within 30 days after your procedure
Platforms: Instagram (In-Feed & Story) & TikTok
Note: Must disclose your partnership in all content, using hashtags like #ad or #sponsored in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Custom Video Post (In-Feed & Story)
- Any content about your LASIK experience (You can use the same video deliverables you send to us)
- Allow us to run Meta Partnership Ads from your social handle for 6 months after your procedure. This helps amplify your story to more people and helps you gain followers.
Post Our Edited Ad (In-Feed & Story)
- We’ll create a custom ad from your deliverables
- Allow us to run Meta Partnership Ads from your social handle for 6 months after your procedure. This helps amplify your story to more people and helps you gain followers.

You’re a great fit, all you need to do is schedule an in-center consultation to determine if you’re a LASIK candidate. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and speak with your local staff.

If you’re a candidate, we’ll proceed with the partnership, including any necessary paperwork and agreements. You’ll then get treatment from some of the most experienced LASIK surgeons in the world.
