What people are saying in Richmond

Best decision I ever made for myself. This team was fast but not push or rushing. They were caring and comforting before, during and after. The nurses held my hand and talked me through the whole 5 min process.

I was scared and nervous at first but Dr. Roberts will talk to u during the procedure and make you feel more comfortable. My experience with the surgery was just feeling pressure, it didn’t hurt at all. I would recommend coming to get the lasik surgery. Now I can see good with no glasses. Thanks so much Dr.Roberts and Team!!😊

Christine (Director) is Awesome & Amazing! She was patient, detailed, and explained all aspects of LASIK surgery. Dr. Bessel is extremely nice, thorough and went a little deeper into the details - great guy! He also knows Dr. Garth Steven’s who also performed surgery on both eyes years ago. Highly recommend The LASIK Vision Institute!

I had an amazing experience getting LASIK, and I can’t thank the team enough for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, I felt supported, informed, and truly cared for. A huge thank you to Kiera, Christine, and Heather at the front desk for answering all my questions with patience and clarity. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided detailed instructions for all my medications—something I really appreciated…

To see all of our reviews, please look at our Google My Business or Yelp reviews. Reviews reflect individual experiences. As with all medical procedures, individual results will vary, and anyone considering LASIK should speak with a doctor. A review of scientific articles published between 2008 and 2015 published in the Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery found that 99.5% (59,503/59,833) of LASIK treated eyes addressed in the literature achieved post-operative acuity better than 20/40
