Very wonderful experience. Chad really explained all of the steps and procedures so that we felt comfortable and informed. Chad was very informative and friendly in his approach. The front receptionist Patricia is exceptional in customer service and making sure everyone is being helped and assisted. Phenomenal experience. I did LASIK yesterday. My vision today during post op apt tested at 20/15 (better than 20/20!). TLC Fairfield was such a pleasure to work with.
