I was nervous for anyone touching my eyes( I can’t even put in my own eye drops!!) , but the staff and himself made this extremely comfortable and easy. They communicated 100% of the way and treated me as a person not a patient. He himself called me the same night as the procedure which was 5 star in itself. I had my LASIK procedure done with Dr. Louis Probst, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff from the front desk to the surgical team were incredibly professional and welcoming. Its been five years since I had the procedure. I still have great vision and no eye problems. I had the procedure on a Friday and by Monday I was back to work. I do recommend an extra day off if you work with computers since the eye drops needed after procedure would cause some blurred vision interfering with my ability to see my computer screen the first day back at work.
