Dr. Trevor Annis

Dr. Trevor Annis is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in advanced vision correction and LASIK surgery. With extensive experience as a military ophthalmic surgeon, he has performed a wide range of corneal and refractive procedures, including LASIK and PRK. He combines meticulous surgical technique with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to deliver personalized care tailored to each patient’s visual goals and lifestyle.

Dr. Annis earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency through the Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium at San Antonio Military Medical Center.
