Very quick and easy process! No pain at all during the procedure. Mild discomfort for 4 1/2 hours afterwards like an eyelash is in your eye. Afterwards, no discomfort. Good: Quality of care and attention to detail Bad: Wait times vary but very long. Crew is understaffed so medical assistants have to play double duty as receptionist. Both assistants/front desk were very helpful, knowledgeable and comforting. Naomi was very comforting and helpful to talk to pre-op and Amy was patient and great during and post-op.
